Hi, I’m Cody — a veteran and proud owner of USA Land Pro. Since 2019, I’ve worked with property owners just like you to purchase 100+ properties across the continental United States. My mission is to preserve communities and help transfer land into the hands of local families.

Selling land has never been easier. USA Land Pro will handle everything from paperwork to closing, so all you need to do is review the offer, sign, and get paid.

Step 1 - Receive an Offer

You may have recently received a letter or postcard from me with an offer to purchase your land. I personally review each property and make fair cash offers based on current market conditions.

Step 2 - Review the Offer

Take your time to review my offer and reach out with any questions. If everything looks good and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll prepare a simple purchase agreement.

Step 3 - Sign the Purchase Agreement

Once you’re comfortable, you’ll sign the agreement — typically by email or mail. There’s no pressure and no obligation until you’re fully ready.

Step 4 - Title and Escrow Process

After we have a signed agreement, I handle everything with a professional title and escrow company to ensure a safe and secure transaction for both of us. They verify ownership, clear any liens, and prepare the paperwork. This step takes approximately 2 weeks.

Step 5 - Closing Day

On closing day, the title company handles the final paperwork and transfers ownership. I pay all closing costs — you don’t need to bring any money to the table.

Step 6 - Get Paid

Once everything is complete, the title company delivers your funds directly to you via check or wire transfer. It’s that simple — hassle-free and with no surprises.
